Sterling Foods is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to turn financial data into meaningful business insights. You will analyze performance across revenue, costs, capex, and KPIs, building models and reports to help leadership understand what happened, why, and what to do next.

You will partner with leaders to develop budgets and rolling forecasts, identify opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Curious, analytical mindset with ability to turn financial data into business insights.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations for management.
• Build and maintain financial models plus what-if scenarios for strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts development with business drivers.
• Analyze KPI trends: revenue, costs, opex, capex; investigate variances and the why behind numbers.
• Create and maintain sophisticated financial models and what-if analyses.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting for management and leadership.
• Monitor market trends and external context to inform performance and competitiveness.
• Identify process improvements to automate reporting and increase efficiency.
