Job summary

Thomas Foods International, USA is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to join a high-visibility team. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Procurement, Transportation, and Supply Chain to deliver actionable financial insights that drive profitable growth.

You will build financial models, analyze data, and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. The role offers exposure to executive leadership, including the CEO and CFO, and opportunities to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA and/or CPA designation preferred.
4+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related finance roles.
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Drive operational and financial process improvements with FP&A leadership.
Prepare, analyze, and report monthly financial performance, forecasts, and variances.
Provide executive commentary on drivers, risks, and opportunities; support budgeting and long-range planning.
Develop financial models for investments, pricing, profitability, and business cases.
Consolidate data for leadership reports and present insights to executives.
