Job summary

Walther Electric in New Jersey is seeking a Financial Analyst to support FP&A, forecasting, reporting, and decision support. This newly created role will partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to provide financial analysis and actionable insights that improve business performance.

The role will focus on revenue and sales analytics, gross margin, cost of goods sold, inventory, overhead spending, working capital, cash flow forecasting, and parent-company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Accounting, or Corporate Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• FP&A and Reporting: forecast, budget, model building and variance analysis.
• Revenue & Sales Analytics: analyze revenue trends and profitability.
• Margin, Cost & Manufacturing Analysis: monitor gross margin and COGS.
• Inventory & Working Capital: manage inventories and cash flow reporting.
• Business Intelligence & Process Improvement: develop dashboards and automate reporting.
