Job summary

Henkels & McCoy, Inc. (H&M) is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for the Power Delivery MEC businesses.

You will partner with finance, operations, and project teams to provide insights and improve financial performance. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, JD Edwards, or Vista.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget and monthly forecast processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year results.
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and key performance metrics to support business decisions.
• Partner with operations and project teams to evaluate project performance, profitability, revenue, labor utilization, and cost trends.
• Create and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and management presentations to improve visibility into business performance.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses and strategic initiatives as needed.
