Qualifications

• 3–6 years in financial planning and analysis or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Strong forecasting, modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-presentations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial information for leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support annual operating plan, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Coordinate inputs with finance teams.
• Build financial models integrating income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and key drivers.
• Analyze forecast changes and explain performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare executive reporting packages with integrated view of performance and outlook.
• Identify variances and key business drivers.
• Develop concise presentations for senior leadership.
• Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with performance measures.
• Provide SG&A and working capital analysis.
• Support ad hoc FP&A projects and process improvements.
