Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process with department heads and leadership
• Develop rolling financial forecasts monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Build and maintain integrated financial models connecting income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Analyze revenue, costs, and margins to identify risks and opportunities
• Provide analytical support for strategic decisions and board materials
• Mentor junior FP&A staff and manage deliverable calendar to ensure on-time outputs
