Job summary

Revelyst in Irvine, CA is seeking a Financial Analyst to bolster enterprise FP&A reporting across platforms and business units, providing timely management reporting and leadership insight in a private-equity-backed environment with ongoing M&A.

You will consolidate results, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, analyze variances, help budgeting and forecasting, and develop models with finance, accounting, and operations to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Exposure to private equity-backed environments or multi-entity organizations preferred.
• Working knowledge of EBITDA and common financial performance metrics.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, formulas).
• Experience with financial planning systems (Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP BPC, Oracle).
• Familiar with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to clearly communicate financial information to finance and non-finance partners.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience supporting a large multi-platform organization.
• Exposure to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Interest in process improvement, automation, or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial results from multiple platforms and business units into corporate reporting packages.
• Prepare recurring monthly and quarterly management reports, dashboards, and schedules.
• Perform variance analysis on actuals vs forecast and budget; identify drivers and trends.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, data collection and model updates.
• Maintain and enhance financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Partner with finance, accounting, and operations to ensure data accuracy.
• Support process improvements and basic automation in reporting workflows.
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews and internal presentations.
• Provide analytical support related to M&A activity and integration tracking.
