Job summary

Alliance Resource Group is partnering with a rapidly growing consumer company to hire a Manager/Senior Manager of Corporate Finance in Irvine, CA. The role will own enterprise reporting and consolidation, monthly/quarterly management reporting, and P&L/EBITDA/KPI reporting.

You will lead budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis, support executive reporting, and drive process improvements across systems and Excel. Mentoring two direct reports is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance or financial analysis.
• Strong multi-BU / multi-entity consolidation experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with planning/reporting systems such as Hyperion, Adaptive, SAP, NetSuite, Power BI or Tableau.
• Background in consumer products, retail, apparel, food & beverage, CPG or similar environment preferred.
• PE-backed experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise reporting and consolidation across multiple business lines.
• Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting.
• Manage consolidated P&L, EBITDA and KPI reporting.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
• Provide executive and sponsor-facing reporting support.
• Improve reporting workflows across systems and Excel.
• Supervise 2 direct reports.
