The ideal candidate has FP&A experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information to both finance and non‑finance audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, performance finance, or related analytical function.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial reporting, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reporting packages for business leaders.
• Analyze profit and loss performance, variances against budget/forecast, and explain key drivers.
• Monitor revenue, margin, cost, customer, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support finance, sales, and operations teams through recurring and ad hoc analyses for decision-making.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity assessments for opportunities.
• Conduct profitability, pricing, customer, and contract analyses to improve performance.
• Generate insights from large data sets using BI and reporting tools.
• Partner with leaders to understand performance drivers and recommend actions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and management reports summarizing performance.
