Job summary

Trustmark is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will develop an understanding of the business, KPIs, and trends, synthesizing data into actionable metrics to support strategic decisions that drive shareholder value.

You will collaborate with data analysts and business leaders to translate insights into financial recommendations, build forecasting models, and prepare reports for executive leadership. Strong Excel and modeling skills are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, mathematics or related field.
2 years corporate finance or FP&A experience with strong Excel.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to drive insights.
Experience with market, industry analyses and ROI/NPV.

Responsibilities

Analyze data, build financial models, forecast performance, and present findings.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and revenue.
Collaborate with analysts and business leaders to enable data-driven decisions.
Manage projects from initiation to completion with timelines.
Lead discussions with stakeholders requiring minimal oversight.
Support Level II metrics reporting and budgeting processes.
