As we continue to grow, we are seeking team members who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and are excited by the opportunity to help build processes and capabilities from the ground up. This is not a traditional analyst role. This role offers a unique opportunity for an early-career finance professional to develop a broad finance skill set and to gain exposure across FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Capital Markets and other disciplines. The FP&A Analyst will support a wide range of financial planning and analysis activities while helping establish the processes, tools, and reporting frameworks needed to support a rapidly evolving organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and deal financing.
  • Identify and analyze key drivers to key financial metrics.
  • Prepare recurring management reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
  • Assist with board, lender, tenant, and investor reporting requirements.

Cross-Functional Finance Exposure

  • Support treasury activities including cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
  • Assist with capital markets, financing, and lender-related analyses and reporting.
  • Support full project financing lifecycle from due diligence to project completion.
  • Collaborate with broader finance and operational teams to refine project budgets, understand business drivers, and performance metrics.

Strategic & Ad Hoc Analysis

  • Perform financial and operational analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Analyze trends in revenue, costs, profitability, liquidity, and operational performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting accuracy, and financial insights.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as business needs evolve.

Process Development & Ownership

  • Lead projects to create and improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, and analytical frameworks.
  • Help establish scalable financial processes appropriate for a growing organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend more efficient ways of working.
  • Document processes and support finance system enhancements, as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in finance (FP&A, treasury, capital markets), investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, as well as to collaborate with others across disciplines

Preferred

  • Experience working with financial reporting systems, BI tools, and ERP platforms.
  • Exposure to forecasting, budgeting, or financial statement analysis.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and corporate finance concepts.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure, industrials, construction, energy, utilities, or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with interpreting, assessing and informing contract/legal documents

What Will Make You Successful

  • You are energized by building something rather than simply maintaining existing processes.
  • You are comfortable operating without perfect information and can create structure where little exists.
  • You are intellectually curious, comfortable in navigating ambiguity, and eager to contribute beyond a defined job description.
  • You proactively seek opportunities to improve the business and ask questions that challenge assumptions.
  • You enjoy moving between detailed analysis and big-picture thinking.
  • You are eager to gain exposure across multiple finance disciplines and among cross functional teams.
  • You thrive in a high-accountability, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
