Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Orlando to provide financial insights, forecasts, and analytical support. You will partner with the VP of Finance and cross-functional leaders to monitor performance, develop budgets, and drive growth and efficiency.

The role emphasizes strong modeling, data analysis, and the ability to deliver timely reports and presentations to senior leadership. A hybrid onsite/work arrangement in Orlando is available.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5-7+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience (government contracting a plus).
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and annual budgets.
Analyze monthly results and variances against budget.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
Support long-range planning and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with business units to provide financial guidance.
