You will partner with Product, Technology, Lending, and Marketing to build sophisticated financial models, own the annual budget, forecasts, and long-range plans, and present concise narratives to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive finance experience within banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong foundation in financial theory, forecasting, budgeting, and GAAP accounting principles.
• Advanced modeling skills with Excel or Google Sheets and experience building dynamic models.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint/Slides; familiarity with NetSuite or Anaplan beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders and manage projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the coordination, maintenance, and modeling of annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Partner with Banking, Tech, and Marketing leaders to analyze unit economics and guide investments and product launches.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly deep-dives into expenses and revenues; translate findings into actionable insights.
• Automate KPI reporting and craft concise executive narratives for senior leadership and regulators.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Treasury to streamline month-end close and optimize FP&A systems.
