Job summary

GCI Communication Corp is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the organization. You will build and maintain budgets, develop driver-based models, and provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.

The role requires strong FP&A fundamentals, advanced modeling, and the ability to partner with finance and business teams to optimize performance and automate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field is required.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, accounting, finance, or related background.
• At least two (2) years of financial modeling experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for annual and multi-year plans.
• Build and maintain detailed budgets, ensure data accuracy, and align with group guidance.
• Prepare rolling forecasts and outlooks and analyze key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting with variance narratives and performance insights.
• Lead improvements in forecasting accuracy, processes, and automation.
• Translate analysis into actionable insights for senior leadership and business partners.
