Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - DDAT in Scottsdale, AZ. The role reports to the Lead Director, DDAT Finance and focuses on consolidating and reporting monthly financials, variance analysis, and creating management materials for forecasts and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years FP&A experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to communicate complex data to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an FP&A role.
• 2+ years performing actuals vs budget variance analysis.
• 2+ years of Excel experience with reporting and consolidating results for business partners.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and report monthly financials, including variance vs plan and forecast.
• Develop management presentations and talking points for forecasts, budgets, and multi-year strategic plan.
• Collaborate with FP&A leads across DDAT finance to ensure accurate forecast reporting.
• Produce analytics via PowerPoint and financial models, supporting senior leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvement and leverage technology.
