Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - DDAT to join the DDAT Finance team. The role focuses on consolidating and reporting monthly financials, variance analysis, and preparing senior leadership-ready presentations.

You will collaborate with DDAT finance leads to ensure forecasts align with the multi-year plan and strategic goals. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FP&A, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an FP&A role or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of variance analysis (actuals vs budget).
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and report monthly financials, including variance vs plan and forecast.
• Develop management presentations and talking points for budgets and strategic plans.
• Coordinate with FP&A leads to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with plans.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support continuous process improvement and leverage of technology.
