Job summary

Kendra Scott is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic FP&A partner to Marketing and Supply Chain. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and decision support across operating expenses and capital investments.

The role partners with Accounting and cross-functional leaders in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build driver-based models, analyze spend drivers, and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy consulting experience.
• Experience supporting G&A or Shared Services in fast-paced consumer/retail environments preferred.
• Exposure to marketing finance and/or supply-chain finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, forecast and long-range planning for OPEX and CAPEX.
• Build driver-based financial models tied to marketing and supply-chain activity.
• Support month-end close, accruals and reclasses with accounting leaders.
• Deliver forecast updates and performance reporting against budget and prior year.
• Evaluate marketing investment efficiency using defined performance measures.
• Analyze supply-chain costs and productivity trends for opportunities.
• Develop business cases for investments with ROI, breakeven, payback analyses.
• Create dashboards and standardized reports to improve data access.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews with concise narratives for senior leaders.
• Provide ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives.
