You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, analyze performance across projects, provide actionable insights, develop dashboards, and collaborate with operations and project accounting using Power BI and Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting, or related financial role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and project financial management.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; proficient in Office Suite.
• Experience with financial reporting, KPI development, and business performance analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools; Oracle ERP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Trinnex leadership to provide financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations supporting growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, project margins, resource utilization, and key metrics.
• Monitor project financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and propose actions.
• Collaborate with Operations and Project Accounting on revenue recognition, contracts, billing, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Support controls, process improvements, and operational efficiency across the business.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel, and other systems to enhance reporting and decision-making.
