Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant financial, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or analytical experience.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on deadlines.
• Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare and distribute recurring financial reports and analysis for management and partners.
• Partner with leadership to provide proactive financial support and insights.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and support process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain financial master data and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities within units.
• Develop cross-functional relationships to enhance finance processes and controls.
• Drive data-driven recommendations to align with corporate objectives.
