Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst to support FP&A operations, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. You will build and maintain financial models, gather data from multiple units, and deliver insights to management across the organization.

The role interacts with leadership to ensure accuracy in reporting and contributes to cash flow planning and risk assessment. Based in Houston, TX, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Keep financial models up to date to support initiatives.
• Conduct scenario analysis and risk assessments.
• Assist in the monthly closing processes and maintain records.
• Prepare and update weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow vs forecasts and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with treasury and accounting teams on liquidity.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and variance analysis.
• Track KPIs and provide insights to senior management.
• Support Board presentations and management updates.
• Assist with M&A due diligence and integration planning.
