Lowe's Companies, Inc. headquartered in Mooresville, NC, seeks a Financial Analyst to partner with business units as a financial subject matter expert. You will help convert plans into forecasts, budgets and long-range plans, and develop scorecards with proactive insights to optimize performance.

The role requires knowledge of financial analytics, MS Office, and data visualization tools. You will work in a matrixed organization and collaborate across Finance to deliver meaningful analyses.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 1 year experience in finance or analytical role within a public company
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience providing analytical support
• 3+ years FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Corporate Accounting experience
• Experience with analytics tools including PowerBI, Tableau, Superset, MicroStrategy, Qlik
• Knowledge of financial analytics principles and working in a matrixed organization

Responsabilidades

• Supports Senior and Lead Analysts by maintaining templates, systems, and other tools needed to develop quarterly forecast updates, annual plans, and long-range plans (2-3 years).
• Completes updates of operating, program, and business unit scorecards and supports commentary and analysis for the scorecard updates.
• Compiles data for root cause analysis, test & learn, and financial modeling; supports analysis.
• Applies up-to-date expertise in subject area and collaborates cross-functionally to solve business problems.
• Pursues self-development and builds effective relationships with coworkers and business partners.
