Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Manager Finance based at the Mooresville headquarters in North Carolina. This role partners with senior leaders to forecast, budget, and plan, delivering insights to optimize performance while mentoring junior staff.

You will influence strategic decisions, develop financial models, and manage complex analyses across the Finance organization in a matrixed environment. This is a high-impact, senior finance position in a Fortune 100 company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6 years experience in finance or analytical role in public company or accounting.
• 1 year experience with financial forecasting or analytical modeling.
• Experience structuring and delivering group presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or Corporate Accounting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develops talent by managing day-to-day workload, giving feedback, and mentoring.
• Acts as SME and thought leader on the team.
• Supports forecasting and planning, producing quarterly updates and long-range plans (2–3 years).
• Collaborates to provide root-cause analysis and actionable insights from data.
• Communicates analyses and insights to leaders with clear themes.
• Completes assignments using up-to-date expertise and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develops business cases with robust financial models and risk assessments.
