Chart Industries in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Financial Analyst to deliver business insights for our HTS Cryo division. You will work on booking qualification, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decisions.

This onsite or hybrid role reports to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and requires FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, or other relevant area.
• 5–8 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience analyzing income statements, budgets, forecasts, and business performance metrics.
• Advanced Excel; experience with ERP/consolidation tools a plus (JD Edwards, OneStream, or DAS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Determine if new orders qualify for booking and track order activity.
• Support quarterly and annual forecasting and budgeting for orders, SG&A, and capex.
• Partner with accounting, project controls, and leaders to understand performance.
• Leverage JD Edwards, OneStream, DAS, Excel, Power Automate, and other tools to improve reporting.
• Support ad hoc analyses and presentations for leadership.
• Contribute to improvement of financial processes and reporting capabilities.
• Prepare reporting and variance analyses for orders, revenue, margins, and capex.
