Job summary

Cold Chain Technologies in Franklin, MA, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with executive leaders, manage budgets, and lead the monthly close. This role provides visibility into working capital, forecast updates, and financial performance across accounts receivable, payable, and inventory.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. Manufacturing experience is a plus, with ERP/BI tools experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or Business; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years FP&A experience or equivalent.
• Strong GAAP understanding.
• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Advanced MS-Excel skills (Pivot, macros, lookups).
• Experience with ERP and BI tools; Epicor a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close calendar and coordinate cross-functional deliverables.
• Run month-end consolidations and prepare PL, BS, CF statements.
• Partner with ELT to manage operating expenses and forecast.
• Assist in compiling monthly external reporting for debt compliance.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
