Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience.
• Expert level Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau/Power BI experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a matrix organization.
• Focus on achieving objectives and profitability.
• Strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Strong public speaking and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive client-facing FP&A activities: quarterly forecasts by service line and monthly budget-to-actual variance packages.
• Prepare financial/operational presentations for business reviews and lead discussions on account performance.
• Develop and present operational reporting tools to ensure KPI compliance (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Partner with account leadership and operations to drive strategic planning and outcomes.
• Track and monitor project financials, especially asset replacement activities.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and analyses.
