Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a matrix organization and drive profitability.
• Strong communication and ability to travel ~20% for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze costs and variances to budget, forecast and prior year.
• Prepare financial and operational presentations for business reviews.
• Develop and present operational reporting tools to ensure KPI compliance (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Partner with account leadership to drive strategic planning and program outcomes.
• Manage budget and forecast processes with detailed variance explanations.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives.
