ITAC Solutions, LLC is recruiting for an Analyst role with a Fortune 500 leader. The position focuses on forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across North America, Mexico, and expanding to Asia-Pacific.

You will present insights directly to executive leadership and own deliverables from start to finish. Ideal applicants have a degree in accounting or finance, 1–2+ years in accounting/finance, and strong Advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1–2+ years accounting/finance experience; internships considered.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Audit, internal audit, or staff accounting background preferred.
• Solid grasp of GAAP fundamentals.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Power BI or Hyperion experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis across business units.
• Analyze P&L, COGS, and revenue trends to explain what's driving results.
• Work through large Excel datasets with precision.
• Present findings to senior leadership.
• Own your deadlines and deliverables from start to finish.
