Waste Harmonics Keter is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Stamford, CT to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the organization. You will work with the Senior FP&A Analyst and Head of Finance Partnering & FP&A to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in FP&A or related finance roles, strong Excel and modeling skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, financial analysis, or related finance role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and supporting budgeting and forecasting.

Mansioni

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Develop financial and operational reports for leadership and decision-making.
• Analyze performance against budgets and forecasts to identify variances and drivers.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to provide financial insights and support decisions.
• Assist with forecast updates, accruals, cash flow reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support initiatives and investor reporting.
• Support business cases by evaluating program costs and impact.
• Coordinate with PMO for program budgeting and reporting.
• Work with Data & Insights to improve reporting consistency and self-service capabilities.
