Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to manage consolidated financial plans, rolling forecasts, budgeting, and long-term planning. You will report to the VP of Finance and support cross-functional decision-making with strong analytical and communication skills.

The role requires detail-oriented, independent work ethic and experience with BI tools. Familiarity with Domo, Power BI, and Excel is a plus in a fast-paced, consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in consumer goods or inventory-related field.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data extraction from systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and report financial plans and forecasts for all areas of the business, including consolidated Vuori data.
• Support the forecast and budget process, establish calendars, standardize templates and reporting for full three-statement forecast.
• Establish regular meetings with cost center and channel owners to communicate monthly results.
• Support accounting close by reviewing variances and identifying adjustments.
• Partner with channel owners to understand forecast variances and plan impacts.
• Develop KPI dashboards and expand financial reporting with BI tools.
• Automate finance processes and create what-if models for strategic decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
