Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• Six years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with earnings operations and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversights and monitors earnings operation funds, budgets, and analyses.
• Prepares and presents detailed financial reports and forecasts.
• Delivers complex financial information to leadership.
• Acts as advisor in meetings with fiscal representatives.
• Enters budgets in Workday Adaptive and related systems.
• Resolves financial issues with appropriate parties and director alignment.
• Develops resource reports and presentations for units.
• Collaborates with Sponsored Programs and ERIK offices on governance.
• Works with ERIK Financial Operations to improve efficiency and procurement alignment.
