Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of grant recipient organizations from diligence through grant completion.
• Develop and refine program area work with the Executive Director and staff.
• Engage with grantees on the grantmaking process, including correspondence, meetings, and proposals.
• Monitor funded activities and review grantee reports for accuracy and impact.
• Ensure grant recordkeeping, compliance and best practices across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with intermediary organizations to devise regranting strategies.
• Build relationships with nonprofits, partners, and funders across the region.
