Job summary

Rainforest Alliance seeks a Senior Manager, Foundation Relations, to grow a diverse portfolio of foundation funders across climate, development and sustainability sectors. You will identify prospects, represent RA externally, and develop compelling value propositions to drive programmatic investments.

Reporting to the Director of Institutional Relations, you will analyze market intelligence, prioritize high-potential segments, and build a pipeline to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

10+ years of fundraising or development experience.
Proven success securing foundation funding.
Experience with multi-year philanthropic commitments.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a foundation funding portfolio.
Exceed annual revenue targets.
Identify new foundation prospects and engage senior leadership.
Lead proposal development for prioritized opportunities.
Collaborate across programs and revenue lines for partnerships.
Report on pipeline and budget projections in Salesforce.
