Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of construction sales experience required.
Proficiency in sales, CRM, and productivity software; ability to interpret construction drawings.
Proven track record in sales performance; strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement and Sales Performance (40%): Build relationships with key stakeholders and exceed sales targets. Coordinate with EFCO teams to present, negotiate, and close orders while ensuring timely collections.
Solution Development and Project Execution (35%): Partner with district teams to develop cost-effective forming solutions and prepare compelling proposals.
Market Insight and Strategic Growth (15%): Identify opportunities and expand EFCO’s reach by introducing new products or services.
Sales Funnel and Forecast Management (5%): Maintain accurate Salesforce records and forecast monthly activity.
Performance Measurement and Scorecard Compliance (5%): Adhere to the EFCO 18 Scorecard and review progress.
