Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Formulary Administration Consultant Pharmacist to oversee formulary management for Regulated Products including Medicare, state programs, and exchanges. The role emphasizes development and communication of formularies, and support for compliance, FWA and reporting.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a managed care or clinical pharmacy setting; or completion of a managed care residency program.
• Licensed Pharmacist in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Oversee formulary management for Regulated Products (Medicare, State Public Programs, Exchange).
• Develop and communicate formularies and covered products.
• Support FWA management, marketing materials, and compliance initiatives within Pharmacy.
• Assist in overall Pharmacy Department initiatives.
