HealthPartners is seeking a Formulary Administration Consultant Pharmacist in Minnesota to manage formularies for Regulated Products across Medicare, State Public Programs, and Exchanges. The role includes development, maintenance, and communication of drug coverage policies and related materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a managed care pharmacy or clinical pharmacy setting.
• Familiar with formulary maintenance and drug coverage policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage formulary of Regulated Products and communicate formularies and covered products.
• Assist in development, maintenance, and dissemination of formularies and covered products.
• Support Fraud, Waste and Abuse management, marketing and member materials.
• Support compliance and audit activities.
• Support Pharmacy Department initiatives.
