Job summary

Qualifications

• PE licensure or eligibility is required.
• Experience supervising engineering staff and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of cost estimation, project management, and contracts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversees forecasting and performance office operations and policy development.
• Directs sections on cost estimating, project costing, and performance management.
