Qualifications

Eight years of professional work experience in finance, economics, public administration, business administration, policy analysis, financial modeling, accounting, statistics, transportation financial analysis or work program development.

Responsibilities

Perform independent work, applying analytical methods to produce, update, validate, and publish the Program and Resource Plan, which provides planned future funding levels for all the programs in the department.
Coordinate with other department program areas, analyze cross-program inputs, and make recommendations to management as needed.
Establish Schedule A fund allocations and Schedule B program targets for assigned program area offices as the department balances the program plan to available resources and ensures they are developed in compliance with State and Federal laws.
Monitor, analyze, update, and validate data in the Target Analysis Reporting system to ensure all programmed levels remain current and reflect departmental priorities.
Prepare strategic graphic presentations and data-driven recommendations for assigned program areas for management.
