Job summary

Gifthealth in Columbus, OH is seeking a Forecasting & Capacity Planning Analyst to develop and improve demand forecasting models and capacity plans across fulfillment, clinical operations, and related teams.

You will translate forecasts into staffing and inventory recommendations, collaborate across functions, monitor KPIs, and build scalable models while supporting S&OP and data automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field (Required).
• Master’s degree (MBA, MS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasting models using historical data and trends.
• Translate forecast outputs into staffing, inventory, and throughput recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align forecasts with business objectives and new programs.
• Monitor KPIs (MAPE/WMAPE, fill rates, cycle times) and perform root-cause analyses.
• Build capacity models accounting for headcount, equipment, and vendor lead times.
• Support S&OP process with regular forecast reports for senior leadership.
• Automate data pipelines and reporting with analytics tools.
