Job summary

Gifthealth Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Forecasting & Capacity Planning Analyst to build and refine demand forecasts and capacity plans for pharmacy operations, clinical services, and last-mile logistics.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams, monitor KPIs, and drive data-driven recommendations, automation, and continuous improvement in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required; MBA/MS preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, capacity planning, or supply chain analytics; healthcare or direct-to-patient preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain statistical demand forecasting models using historical dispensing data, enrollment trends, seasonality, and external signals.
• Translate forecast outputs into staffing, inventory, and throughput recommendations for pharmacy operations, clinical support, and last-mile logistics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Clinical Services, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to align forecasts with business objectives and new programs.
• Monitor KPIs such as MAPE/WMAPE, fill rates, cycle times, and capacity utilization; perform root-cause analyses.
• Build capacity models accounting for headcount, equipment, facility constraints, and vendor lead times for scenario planning.
