Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of manpower concepts, principles, operations, laws, regulations, programs, and practices.
• Knowledge of civilian and military personnel concepts, principles, operations, laws, regulations, programs, and practices.
• Knowledge of services concepts, principles, operations, laws, regulations, programs, and practices; education, readiness, and budget concepts.
• Extensive knowledge of the mission, roles, functions, organizational structure, management, and operation of small to medium organizations to guide goals and policies.
• Knowledge of budgeting, contracting, and coordinating activities, programs, facility programming, customer needs and interests.
• Knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, MEO and EEO regulations and practices.
• Skill in managing work operations of multiple segments to meet program requirements.
• Ability to plan, organize, and direct functions and mentor staff.
• Skill and ability to communicate orally and in writing to prepare briefings and reports.
• Ability to persuade and motivate key management personnel to change policy and procedures.
• Knowledge of civilian and military personnel systems and integration to accomplish the mission.

• Provide high level staff guidance and participate in goals, objectives, and policy development for the organization.
• Plan, organize, and direct functions; mentor, motivate, and appraise staff through subordinate supervisors.
• Prepare and deliver briefings, lead discussions, and compile project and staff reports.
• Persuade and motivate management personnel to implement major policy changes.
• Integrate civilian and military personnel aspects to support the organization’s mission.
