Batchline Solutions is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator for our Morgan Hill, CA facility to manage sourcing of ingredients, packaging, and supplies in alignment with production schedules. You will partner with the Procurement Manager to implement strategies and coordinate with NJ and CA locations.

You will negotiate with suppliers, place and track orders, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain procurement records while staying compliant with food safety standards. 20–30% travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent incl. Food Science, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs.
• 3+ years of experience in food labeling compliance and regulatory affairs within food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of FDA and USDA food labeling regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Work with suppliers to source ingredients, packaging, and supplies aligning with schedules.
• Collaborate with Planning, Inventory, Quality and Operations teams to meet demand.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and procurement activities in ERP system.
