Job summary

Oak View Group seeks a Senior Category Manager, Food & Beverage to lead enterprise-wide category strategy across venues, suppliers, and regions. You will drive value through cost optimization, quality, service, sustainability, and revenue opportunities, partnering with Operations, Culinary, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams.

The role offers a $150,000-$165,000 salary with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental and vision, a 401(k) plan with matching, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management with Food & Beverage exposure.
• Proven experience leading category strategies and sourcing across complex, multi-site or enterprise sourcing initiatives.
• Strong commercial, financial, and negotiation acumen with deep negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa), supplier diversity, ESG initiatives, and procurement-driven innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own category strategies across Food & Beverage for enterprise-wide value creation.
• Lead RFPs, negotiations, and supplier selection in collaboration with stakeholders and legal.
• Develop negotiation strategies addressing pricing, service levels, inflation protection, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, and Legal to manage contractual risk and compliance.
• Drive supplier inclusion, sustainability, and local supplier partnerships.
