Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager, Flexible Packaging, to lead sourcing across Fabric, Home and Personal Care brands including Arm & Hammer, OxiClean, Therabreath, Trojan and Orajel.

This highly visible role owns category strategy, supplier relationships, sourcing execution, contract negotiations, and cost savings while partnering across functions to deliver measurable value for the business. The position is hybrid in the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or CPM certification preferred.
8+ years of progressive Procurement and/or Supply Chain experience.
Minimum of 3 years of category management experience within Packaging Procurement.
Strong SAP/ERP proficiency and advanced data analytics with Power BI.

Responsibilities

Lead packaging supplier identification and selection meeting standards for supply, service, cost, quality, sustainability and supplier diversity.
Primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing sourcing for flexible packaging used in manufacturing top brands.
Develop category strategies with spend analysis, market research, risk analysis and supplier negotiations.
Manage all steps of the six-step strategic sourcing process including negotiations and supplier selection.
Own supplier contracts and negotiations in collaboration with Corporate Legal Team.
Provide reporting on category performance and KPIs such as price variance, supplier reliability and cash flow.
Monitor industry trends and adopt best practices for assigned spend categories.
Drive supplier relationship management and continuous improvement initiatives.
