Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Packaging Procurement in the Ewing, NJ area.

You will lead sourcing strategy for Fabric, Home and Personal Care packaging, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cost savings, resiliency, and value creation for brands like Arm & Hammer and OxiClean. The role requires deep category expertise, 8+ years in procurement, and strong analytics with SAP/ERP and Power BI proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or CPM certification preferred.
8+ years of progressive Procurement and/or Supply Chain experience.
Minimum of 3 years of category management experience within Packaging Procurement.
Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies and negotiating with suppliers.

Responsibilities

Lead identification and selection of packaging suppliers meeting supply, cost, quality and sustainability standards.
Own operational activities for sourcing and supply of flexible packaging for major brands.
Develop category strategies with spend analysis and market research.
Negotiate contracts and lead supplier selection with Corporate Legal.
Provide reporting on category performance and KPI like PPV, supplier reliability, and cost savings.
Drive supplier relationship management and continuous improvement initiatives.
