Job summary

Moove AV is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to design and lead the non-vehicle procurement, inventory, and vendor relations across US and international markets. You will stand up scalable processes, negotiate MSAs and terms, and partner with Finance, Operations, and Legal to drive growth in a capital-intensive business.

You will lead a small but growing team, own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, and implement governance, controls, and KPI reporting to Finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7+ years in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management, building processes from scratch.
• Experience running RFP / competitive sourcing cycles and negotiating vendor contracts, MSAs, and terms.
• Experience designing purchase order, receiving, and inventory workflows and controls.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen with measurable cost savings.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling, multi-entity, multi-market environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement formal, scalable procurement processes, policies, and approval workflows across entities and markets.
• Build PO lifecycle end-to-end: requisition, routing, issuance, and three-way match with receiving and AP.
• Establish governance and controls; document SOPs and train the business.
• Lead recurring RFP / competitive bid cycles for facilities, equipment, software, services and logistics.
• Develop sourcing strategies, evaluate bids, and lead cross-functional reviews.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels with vendors; balance cost and risk.
• Negotiate MSAs, CWAs, and renewals; optimize terms and rebates.
• Own vendor lifecycle: onboarding, credit, performance scorecards, risk reviews, offboarding.
• Build a preferred-vendor program and manage escalations and disputes.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, and cycle counts; align with fleet growth and market launches.
• Track spend visibility, savings, cycle times, and vendor compliance KPIs.
