Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, business, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in transportation, fleet management, or logistics.
• Experience in construction or related industry preferred.
• Experience in fleet management and safety compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a fleet team of 4–6 members, providing direction and performance oversight.
• Develop and implement fleet goals, policies, and priorities.
• Provide insights to senior leadership on fleet performance, compliance, and safety.
• Administer vehicle replacement programs for reliability and lifecycle optimization.
• Manage fuel usage programs to control consumption and cost.
• Develop environmental initiatives, including alternative fuel evaluation.
• Oversee maintenance programs and vehicle history tracking.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state DOT regulations and audits.
• Provide training to personnel as necessary.
• Administer accident management programs and telematics systems.
• Collaborate with branch managers on freight and logistics solutions.
