Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead the Aberdeen, MD and York, PA OTR fleet teams. This strategic role will manage the budget, repair and maintenance, fuel, rentals, and tires with an annual operating budget of about $11M.

You will directly supervise fleet technicians and collaborate across functions to improve safety, reliability, and service. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in fleet maintenance or logistics, knowledge of DOT guidelines, CMMS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years previous experience in fleet maintenance or logistics preferred.
Supply Chain experience.
Knowledge & experience with DOT guidelines.
Fleet or similar CMMS experience.
Ability to manage front line employees and leaders.
Demonstrated Change Management experience.
Excellent writing and analytical skills.
Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead local Fleet Teams to deliver cost, quality, service, and reliability results set out in the annual Fleet Capability plan.
Partner with the Fleet Service Center team that supports the outside vendor maintenance service and parts ordering.
Utilize, implement, and execute national tactics to drive World Class Service & Performance
Build a specific strategic plan to drive Fleet performance.
Develop and manage a comprehensive asset utilization plan for maximum asset availability
Align with site, region and fleet HQ management on annual fleet financial plan, productivity and tactical/strategic initiatives
