Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience; CAFM is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years' experience.
CAFM certification preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Fleet Manager is responsible for strategic oversight, administration, and performance of the company's fleet assets.
Ensure vehicles and equipment are acquired, maintained, utilized, and disposed of safely and cost-effectively.
Collaborate with operations, safety, finance, and field personnel to maximize fleet reliability and minimize downtime.
Analyze operational trends and vendor performance to identify process improvements and support business objectives.
Develop and deliver fleet-related communications and training as needed; manage and coach a team.
