Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's with PM experience and leadership history.
• 3+ years of lead experience required.
• Experience managing card programs or complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end card program processes with a team.
• Maintain websites, SOPs, and trainings for program alignment.
• Analyze program metrics and provide spend trend analyses.
• Monitor risk and implement controls to maximize rebates.
• Identify opportunities to modify or expand the card program.
• Adapt to changes and manage downstream impacts.
• PMO skills including annual budget management.
• Lead a team of 3 and manage a third-party relationship.
• Develop and present training on card program topics.
