Charles Schwab is seeking a junior Fixed Income Trader to support our Syndicate Team across New Issue and Secondary flow for CDs, structured products, retail notes/MTN and preferred stock. Located in Lone Tree, CO, this role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of fixed income products.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years trading experience, with Bloomberg, SQL and advanced Excel skills, and a capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years trading experience.
• Experience with Bloomberg.
• Data analysis and tooling.
• SQL experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Independent work and sound judgment.
• Series 7 & 63 within 3–6 months.
• Series 57 within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support the Fixed Income Syndicate Team and desk functions.
• Handle New Issue and Secondary order flow for CDs, structured products, notes/MTN and preferred stock.
